SOCIAL PROGRAM MANAGEMENT | STRATEGIC PLANNING | NGO's With almost two decades of experience in the third sector and training in Law and Social Sciences, I manage the life cycles of projects with a focus on results, monitoring activities and performance and establishing evaluation indicators to promote effective social transformations. A fundamental principle of my work is to ensure the implementation of strategic planning with legal soundness, financial control and impact analysis reports to identify, quantitatively, the results achieved. I consider financial management to be the central pillar for the execution and longevity of any project. My expertise involves converting technical and accounting data into detailed and understandable reports for all stakeholders. I manage documentation and contractual agreements, ensuring transparency and the flow of information, which provides clarity for decision-making. Effective communication is the primary instrument of my work, allowing the development and successful application of my other technical skills. Participatory leadership is an integral part of this process, involving people management and team training for integration and increased productivity. This practice, combined with the mastery of the dynamics of the third sector, provided me with the necessary skills to establish partnerships with public and private institutions and, mainly, with communities and civil society in general.
